Firestorm is bringing a lot of new additions to Tiberian Sun, and looks more like a full retail game than an expansion pack. Blue cities are fully GDI aligned cities with minimal unrest. Even though the basic structure of the game stays true to the original, Firestorm adds several new features to Tiberian Sun that greatly enhance the gameplay. It'd be fantastic if we could bring it back- or even a version of it, more so for those who didn't get the chance to play it first time round Although the Brotherhood of NOD has become disorganized due to the death of Kane, Slavik is looking to re-form the Brotherhood into the powerful force that Kane envisioned at its conception. This modification requires Kane's Wrath to be patched to version 1.

Scattered across the globe are a number of cities that serve as resource nodes, of sorts.

While the NOD haven't developed as many new toys as the GDI in the short time between the end of Tiberian Sun and the beginning of Firestorm, intelligence reports from the front lines unveil a few new foreboding units, covering both the defensive and offensive spectrum of the evil rainbow Surviving units will retain their veterancy, allowing successful strike forces to become quite powerful over time. These new units create entirely new strategies for the game, and give the formerly ailing GDI some much needed aid against the once superior NOD forces. Only one task may be done each round by any given base; one upgrade, repair, utility structure addition or strike force deployment.
